words for the wise here in atlanta. the average speed of a motorist here is 78 MPH. the speed limit is 55. this is being used to combat that. don't speed here in the summer. you will get caught.
sooo, turning 23. not to momentous, but it is a turning point. I have been out of college for a year, held five different jobs, figured out i love carpentry and real estate, and teaching english to mexicans. go figure. I just hope the real estate and investments pay off so i can build furniture full time. THAT would be cool.
hmm, financial dork update: WPC is slowly rising from my purchase price. took a little dive today, but not worried. should be rebounding nicely.
for anyone with cahs to spare and a desire to make it big, this is the tax sale list for dekalb county and a list of rules can be found at the botttom of the page. you don't get the property for 1yr and 45 days, but they are pretty cheap. more cool sites can be found here and from that link.
birthdays come and go like hangovers. can't wait.
