Ola damas y caballeros!
Life here in good old Espana is kicking ass. The project is going very well, and I heard from a couple of the big dos here over a lunch of Jamon y carne, that they are working with the city government here in Madrid for a 2 million square foot project, which could mean a stay of 6 months or more for me here. The deal is about 70% a go, according to diego here, but needless to say, I am all for it.
Got some rain today, but nothing torrential, and I have discovered a new strength. I can run the everliving snot out of heavy machinery. Our Bobcat cries when I get in the cab. Really, hydraulic tears. I heard it sigh today when I finally shut it down. Either way, I am pretty damn good on one.
apart from that, i am really happy to be back in country. people here are for the most part really nice, and the food is F%#@ing awesome. the best ham in the world, and last night, I had some octopus that was out of this world. My boss wouldn't touch the stuff.
emails and such are appreciated. gotta run to dinner.
